We have to understand the specific challenges and requirements of our customers. So we take the time to listen and learn about the problems they are trying to solve and the tasks they need the software to perform.

How do Insureflow showcase the software to potential customers?

We also address their pain points and show how Insureflow can improve their business processes and workflow. We can arrange demonstrations for different teams within the business, such as accounts, claims, data, underwriting, or brokers, to ensure maximum buy-in across the organisation.

And how do you provide quotes?

After the demonstration, we provide a personalised proposal to the customer. This proposal explicitly outlines our pricing and any additional options that have been included to match their needs.

We work closely with them to determine the pricing model that best fits their growth plans, ensuring the best value proposition from day one. We also address any concerns or objections they may have and find the best possible solution together.

What can Insureflow customers expect during the onboarding process?

We guide our customers through the next steps and provide assistance throughout the onboarding process. We want to ensure they feel confident and excited about the new partnership.

Our onboarding process is tailored to their needs and we take the time to train key users of the system, equipping them with the knowledge to spread throughout the organisation. Following that, our dedicated UK support team is ready to provide rapid responses to any queries our clients have.
